We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the VELONÉ methodology is not the right fit for your practice, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@velonebrowacademy.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

After 14 Days

All sales are final after the 14-day guarantee period. Digital educational content cannot be returned once accessed, so we ask that you evaluate the course within the guarantee window.
