These Terms of Service govern your use of the VELONÉ BROW ACADEMY website and digital products. By accessing the website or purchasing course access, you agree to these terms.

2. What You Are Purchasing

VELONÉ BROW ACADEMY sells digital educational content. When you purchase access, you receive personal, non-transferable, lifetime access to the course materials included in your purchase. This includes written modules, diagrams, and downloadable resources.

This is theory-based education. It does not include video instruction, live mentoring, community access, or CPD certification unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course content, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days, all sales are final. This policy exists because digital content cannot be returned once accessed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, diagrams, images, course materials, and the VELONÉ methodology, is the intellectual property of VELONÉ BROW ACADEMY. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. You may print materials for your personal professional use.

5. Account and Access

Sharing login credentials or course content with others is prohibited and may result in access termination without refund. Each purchase grants access to one individual.

6. Professional Disclaimer

VELONÉ BROW ACADEMY provides educational content for professional development. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of concepts learned through our courses. Professional judgment should always be exercised. This training supplements your existing PMU certification; it does not replace it.
