The Model Codex
The formal reference system used throughout VELONÉ certification
Five diagnostic archetypes that classify, compare, and standardise professional brow designs. This is how practitioners audit their decisions and explain their reasoning.
This is not a lookbook. These are diagnostic archetypes—the frameworks practitioners use to classify designs, audit decisions, and explain their reasoning to clients and colleagues. Course modules reference these models constantly. Certification assessments assume familiarity with their logic.
The Five Archetypes
Classic
FreeBaselineThe baseline anchor. Structural reference point from which all other models derive their logic.
Soft Harmony
FreeContinuity over contrast. The arch is a passage, not an event. Flow is distributed, not concentrated.
Elevated
FreeEngineering altitude, not equilibrium. The apex holds position because it's built to hold position.
Expressive
FreeThe brow as dynamic participant in expression, not a static structure that resists it.
Modern Edge
FreePlanar angularity. Convergence. Contrast. A brow that acknowledges its own construction.
